Hi, I just wanted to know if my diet is a good enough way to build muscle and strength im 5*7, i weight 170 ibs and im 22 years old guy, i am tracking my calories and i only intake 2000 calories a day and i make sure i get about 170 grams of protein a day i do eat clean foods yes, i work out 5 days a week making sure i hit every muscle group at least twice per week i am just a beginner and i am trying to lean out as i have some fat on my belly that i am trying to get rid of so i just wanted to know is this a good calorie intake to build muscle im not trying to be huge but i do want to look like i have made some gains.
